Complaints Resolutions

If you ever have any complaints about our finance services, you should take the following steps.

Contact us directly to explain your complaint or put it in writing to us, to provide us with an opportunity to resolve your concern.

If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within a reasonable time period, you should escalate the complaint to our dealer group.

If you don’t receive a satisfactorily outcome, you may call the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA).

Commissions

SD Loans and Leasing will receive a commission from the lender for introducing your loan.
